Michał Dziewior

He is a student of Wojciech Świtała at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. Dziwior won the Fourth Prize at the National Fryderyk Chopin Piano Competition in Katowice in 2016, the Third Prize at the International Piano Competition ‘Halina Czerny-Stefańska in Memoriam’ in Poznań in 2017 and the First Prize at the International Competition in Livorno, Italy in 2018.

In 2015, he performed at the Chopin Festival in Nohant, France and was accompanied by Das Deutsche Sinfonie-Orchester at the Berlin Philharmonic Hall during the orchestra’s inaugural concert in the new season. He has appeared alongside Silesian, Podkarpacka and Świętokrzyska philharmonic orchestras, as well as with the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice.
