Grzegorz Nowak – piano

The Novi Piano Duo made its debut in 2018. The ensemble is made up of graduates of the Academy of Music in Kraków. Anna Wielgus studied piano with Mariola Cieniawa-Puchała and chamber music with Janina Baster and Sławomir Cierpik, and she got her Master’s degree in 2016. She has twice won a scholarship from the Centrum Edukacji Artystycznej (Artistic Education Centre).

Grzegorz Nowak studied piano with Stefan Wojtas and Piotr Machnik and chamber music with Danuta Mroczek-Szlezer, Sławomir Cierpik and Bartłomiej Kominek.

The Novi Piano Duo has a busy concert schedule that takes them to the venues throughout Poland and beyond. In 2018, they won the Grand Prix at the International Piano Duo Competition ‘Lions Club’ in Monaco.
