He gained his Master’s degree (a diploma with distinction) from the Academy of Music in Gdańsk, where he studied with Waldemar Wojtal and he is now continuing his music education for a doctoral degree at the same institution. He has appeared in concert at such venues as the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw, the Concert Hall of the Polish National Symphony Orchestra in Katowice and the Baltic Philharmonic Hall in Gdańsk. Ziomko has taken part in master classes conducted by such artists as Jarosław Drzewiecki, Bernd Goetzke, Andrzej Jasiński, Ivan Klánský, Vera Nosina, Piotr Paleczny, Alexander Peskanov and Andrzej Tatarski. He has also taken an active part in the master class at the Seventy-First International Chopin Festival in Duszniki-Zdrój.

His most notable achievements have been the Second Prize at the Fifteenth Halina Czerny-Stefańska National Piano Contest in Żagań in 2010, the First Prize at the Third National Piano Competition in Szczecin in 2013, the First Prize at the Seventh International Competition ‘Giovani Musicisti – Città di Treviso’ in Treviso, Italy in 2015 and the ‘Estrada Młodych’ (‘Youth Stage’) Award at the Fiftieth Festival of Polish Piano Music in Słupsk in 2016.
