Born and raised in Warsaw, he has completed with distinction the capital city’s Józef Elsner State Secondary School of Music (Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna II stopnia im. Józefa Elsnera), where he studied with Anna Radziwonowicz. He also has a second grade diploma (having completed the first grade with distinction) from the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, where he studied with Grzegorz Kurzyński and Jan Kubica. He currently works as a pianist and piano tutor with the Wrocław Opera Choir. Apart from his piano commitments, he is also writing an MA thesis in musicology about Bogusław Schaeffer’s piano concertos at Wrocław University and has a degree in chemistry from Warsaw University. During his scholarship at the Verona Conservatory, he studied with Edoardo Strabbioli. He has also perfected his skills with such eminent teachers as Orla McDonagh, Philippe Giusiano, Wojciech Świtała, Rita Kinka and Aaron Shorr. He has come in third at XV Concorso Internazionale Premio Città di Padova.

He is a passionate performer of the twentieth-century repertoire, including works by Arnold Schönberg, Anton Webern, György Ligeti, Tomasz Sikorski, Luciano Berio, Samuel Barber and Andrzej Panufnik.
